A public hearing to consider the adoption of an impact fee is to be held on May 21st at 6pm in 312 S Oak Branch Rd., Waxahachie, Texas 75167 during Buena Vista-Bethel SUD's monthly board meeting. The proposed impact fee is $13,431 per new service unit. Any member of the public has the right to appear at the hearing and present evidence for or against the plan and proposed fee. Hearing will be held April 4, 2024 at 6:00pm located at Buena Vista Bethel SUD 312 S Oak Branch Waxahachie, TX 75167; The purpose of the hearing is to consider the land use assumptions and capital improvements plan under which an impact fee may be imposed; any member of the public has the right to appear at the hearing and present evidence for or against the land use assumptions and capital improvements plan.
